The duration of the course is two weeks.
The course fee is 1200 USD.
This fee includes: participation in meditation classes, 2 classes of hatha yoga “Correct approach to the spine” per day, several lectures per day and question & answer sessions with a teacher.
The price also includes the examination, which is optional and only for those who are planning to teach. The exam consists of practice and theory.
The course will take place in India, Goa, Mandrem village, on the premises of yoga center CAS.
The course is led by Anatoliy Pakhomov (Kiev), with the help of several experienced assistants. The course will be taught in Russian (with translation into English).
Anatoliy Pakhomov is the founder and the head of the Kyiv School of Yoga. His yoga practicing started in 1989. He has taught Hatha Yoga since 1994. He studied with various masters of Hatha Yoga and Tantra. His main teacher is one of the most experienced chiropractic professionals of Ukraine, namely Yurij Glavchev. Anatoly Pakhomov is the author of the book “Hatha Yoga: The correct approach to the spine” (Kiev 2007) and the most experienced teacher of Vajra Yoga in Ukraine.
The Kyiv School of Yoga is an officially registered organization in Ukraine and is a member of the International Federation of Vajra Yoga. Vajra Yoga is aiming to preserve and improve the health of the spine, and therefore of the entire body. The purpose of the School and the Federation is to organize group, corporate and individual yoga classes and trainings, Yoga retreats and wellness workshops in the Carpathians, Crimea, India and elsewhere, as well as teacher training courses. Furthermore it focusses on the spread of information concerning a healthy way of life in general.
